At Arishi Studio, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with care, patience, and respect for Indian textile traditions. Our garments and accessories are created through slow, artisan-led processes, including hand embroidery, handwoven textiles, traditional craft techniques, and detailed finishing.

Many of our creations are handmade, limited in quantity, and prepared with close attention to the natural character of the fabric and craft. This allows us to honour the time, skill, and individuality that goes into each piece.

Because of the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of our work, we follow a strict no return, no refund, and no exchange policy once an order has been confirmed.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support of slow, ethical, and handcrafted fashion.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

Each Arishi Studio piece is individually handcrafted, and slight variations in weave, embroidery, colour, texture, placement, finish, or surface irregularities may naturally occur. These are not considered defects, but part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade textiles.

We request you to carefully review all product details, photographs, sizing information, garment specifications, and care instructions before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your order reaches you damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Your order number
Clear photographs and/or videos of the issue
A brief description of the concern
Photographs of the outer packaging, if the package appears damaged

Once the concern is reviewed and verified by our team, we will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution at our discretion. This may include repair, replacement, exchange for the correct item, or store credit, depending on the nature of the concern and product availability.

Please note: Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Cancellations

As our products are handcrafted, limited in quantity, and often prepared or reserved shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are not possible once the order has been confirmed.
